Not at all. We're happy to take on care plan clients regardless of who built their Squarespace site. We'll start with a quick review of your current setup so we know exactly what we're working with.

Yes — your Squarespace subscription covers the platform itself (hosting, templates, basic support). The Care Plan covers everything that actually keeps your specific website healthy and growing: your custom design, your content, your SEO, your updates, and your strategy.

Yes. You can move up or down as your needs change.

Send them over as they come up. We work through them and keep you posted. Bigger projects, like a full redesign, are quoted separately.

Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Text changes, image swaps, adding or adjusting sections, updating service descriptions, seasonal homepage tweaks, new team member additions — that kind of thing. It doesn't include full page redesigns or new copywriting (those are quoted separately).

Full redesigns and new site builds are separate projects, though plan members get priority and preferred rates.
